Ayurveda, “the science of life”, is one the oldest systems of medicine in the world. Life according to Ayurveda is a combination of the senses, mind, body and soul. It is a systematic approach that utilizes all that nature has to offer to treat and prevent illness. Keeping this in mind, BACFO was established in 1994 for the production of research based Ayurvedic (Herbal) Healthcare products.

The two pillars of success for BACFO are its focus on Research & Development and Quality. BACFO’s in-house R&D department is duly recognized by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. BACFO has a team of highly qualified and dedicated scientists constantly striving to make formulations and products for the benefit of mankind. Our Scientific Advisory Board consists of many renowned scientists from around the world, which helps us to constantly innovate. In fact we are proud to announce that BACFO is the first Ayurvedic Company in the world to introduce ‘Herbal Dry-Syrup’ products.

BACFO has blended modern science and manufacturing techniques with a traditional system of medicine. At BACFO, we call this movement ‘Modern Standardized Ayurveda’. The efficacy and safety of our products are proven from the various clinical trials that have been conducted by reputed hospitals and institutions (such as All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi; Holy Family Hospital, Delhi; Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi).
